At Lash Stuff we know that you are running a business and the last thing you need is for your eyelash extension supplier to be out of stock of eyelash extensions or adhesive. This is why Lash Stuff is now guaranteeing that standard size eyelash extensions and adhesive will be in stock or it is FREE!

The purpose of the Lash Stuff VIP Stock Guarantee is to give our customers the confidence that Lash Stuff will always have the eyelash extensions that they need when they need them.

NOT ALL CUSTOMERS WILL QUALIFY FOR THE LASH STUFF IN STOCK GUARANTEE

Who qualifies?

To qualify for the Lash Stuff In-Stock Guarantee a customer must:

1. Spent $500.00 or more in the lash 12 months. All product return value is subtracted from the total amount spent in the last 12 months. (Example: You purchased $500.00 of product in the last 12 months but returned $50.00 of this product. Your amount spent in the last 12 months is $450.00.)

How does the in-stock guaranteed work?

If you purchase an adhesive or tray of eyelash extensions that are out of stock and the order cannot be filled in 2 business days the following will happen:

1. A customer service representative will determine if you qualify for the Lash Stuff in-stock guarantee, if the product qualifies for the in-stock guarantee, and if the product can be shipped within 2 business days.

2. If the product cannot be shipped within 2 business days of your purchase the customer service representative will give you a free voucher code for the product you requested.

HERE ARE THE CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR A FREE PRODUCT VOUCHER

• You must have spent $500.00 or more in the last 12 months at Lash Stuff.
• The product must be covered by the in-stock guarantee. (See product list below)
• The guarantee covers 1 tray of standard eyelash extensions, per size, every 20 days up to 3 trays or 1 adhesive every 20 days. So, if you want to purchase 5 trays of the out of stock eyelash extension size, Lash Stuff will give you 1 free tray per out of stock size. You can get a free tray for up to 3 different out of stock sizes.
• If you have purchased the out of stock eyelash extension size in the last 20 days you do not qualify for the guarantee.

LASH STUFF IN-STOCK GUARANTEE RULES AND POLICIES

1. A product will be considered out of stock if the product qualifies for the Lash Stuff In-Stock Guarantee and is not available to ship to the customer within 2 business days of the customer purchasing the product.
2. If the purchased product can be shipped with in 2 business days the product is not considered out of stock.
3. The customer must qualify for the Lash Stuff in-stock guarantee by spending $500.00 or more in the last 12 months minus all returns in the last 12 months.
4. The in-stock guarantee covers 1 tray of eyelash extensions per size up to 3 trays every 20 days, per customer or 1 bottle of eyelash extension adhesive every 20 days per customer. The customer cannot have purchased the requested product within the last 20 days.
5. If a customer purchases a product that is out of stock and cannot be shipped in 2 business days, and the product qualifies for the Lash Stuff In-Stock Guarantee, and the customer qualifies for the In-Stock Guarantee, then Lash Stuff will give the customer a product voucher for that specific product.
6. Product vouchers can only be used for the specific product that was out of stock and cannot be used for any other product. Product vouchers have no cash value.
7. Products purchased with a product voucher cannot be returned.
8. Lash Stuff reserves the right to cancel or modify the Lash Stuff VIP Eyelash Extension & Adhesive In Stock Guarantee at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. The Lash Stuff Eyelash Extension & Adhesive In Stock Guarantee does not apply during product sales and through the dates of November 23rd - December 31st.
