At Lash Stuff the customer's shopping experience is very important to us. We will make every reasonable effort to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one. We want our customers to shop with confidence. That's why Lash Stuff offers a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase with in 30 days from the time your order was placed**. You can return up to $150.00 of your order for in store credit**. Subscriptions orders are NOT eligible for returns after the order has shipped. We will even pay for the shipping (Only U.S. returns qualify for free return shipping. Limit 1 return label per order). Limit $150 of returns per 14 days of transactions.

You need to get a return authorization number (RA#) before returning a product.

You will be provided with a pre-paid USPS domestic label.
Once we have received your return we will issue you in store credit to your Lash Stuff account.
Only products sold and shipped by Lash Stuff qualify for Lash Stuff's return policy.
Important: In store credit and discounts used during the original purchase will be deducted from the final value of the return.
EYELASH EXTENSION AND LASH LIFT KITS PURCHASED FOR TRAINING CLASSES CAN NOT BE RETURNED
Closeout and clearance items are purchased in as is condition and are not eligible to be returned for any reason.
Products and kits must be returned with all parts and items that were included in the original packaging. Any missing items will have the retail value deducted from the final return value.
Closeout Products: Closeout products are not eligible to be returned.
Steps to Make a Return:
Step 1: Contact us to get a RA#.
Step 2: We will send you an email with a link for a pre-paid USPS domestic return label (Limit 1 return label per order).
Step 3: Click on the link in the email that we sent you and print the return label.
Step 4: Put the products that are going to be returned in a box. You can use the original Lash Stuff box or any plain unmarked box will do.
Step 5: Securely tape the box and tape the printed label on the box.
Step 6: Give the box to your USPS mail person.
Subscription orders are regular shipments that are scheduled by a customer. Multiple notifications are sent to subscription customers that their pending subscription order is about to ship and is going to ship. Once a subscription order has been shipped the order is no longer eligible for a return.
With in 30 days of purchase Lash Stuff's standard return policy applies. Product may be return with in 30 days of the purchase date for in-store credit. Defective product maybe returned for an identical replacement product with in 90 days of the purchase date. Defective product must be returned to Lash Stuff before a replacement product is shipped. The distributor return policy only applies to distributor bulk purchases.
International shipments may return up to $150.00 of a purchase for in store credit with in 30 days* of receiving them. International customers are responsible for return shipping charges. International returns must be shipped with a tractable shipping type.
*Lash Stuff reserves the right to deny a return for customers who abuse the return system. Lash Stuff has the right to determine what constitutes "abuse" of the return policy. Any discounts applied to an order will be subtracted from the return value of a product.
