Ordering, Shipping & Returns

When will my Lash Stuff order ship?

Orders placed before noon Mountain Time Monday–Friday generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon MT generally ship the following business day. Same-day shipping does not apply on USPS-observed holidays or Lash Stuff closures.

How long does delivery take?

Orders shipped via Free Shipping or Ground generally arrive within 4–7 business days to most U.S. addresses. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, weather, and other circumstances outside Lash Stuff's control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — qualifying orders over $99 ship free within the United States. Lash Stuff selects the most efficient available shipping method for orders using Free Shipping. See the full Shipping Policy.

What is the Lash Stuff return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the order date for Lash Stuff store credit. Up to $150 in product may be returned per order. Qualifying U.S. returns receive one free return shipping label per order. Return authorization is required before sending products back. Subscription orders are not eligible for return after they have shipped. See the full Return Policy.

Can I ship to a hotel or mail-forwarding company?

You may, but those deliveries are made at the customer's risk. Lash Stuff cannot replace or reimburse orders lost, refused, misplaced, or misdirected after delivery to a hotel or forwarding company.

Does Lash Stuff ship internationally?

Yes, where available. Rates, duties, taxes, and delivery options vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing any duties, taxes, import restrictions, or customs requirements that apply in their country.

Professional Products & Training

Who are Lash Stuff products designed for?

Many products are intended for trained and licensed beauty professionals — lash artists, estheticians, cosmetologists, salon/spa professionals, beauty instructors, and beauty school students under appropriate supervision. Always follow product instructions and your state or local regulations.

Does Lash Stuff offer professional training?

Yes. Lash Stuff offers online training for selected lash lift, brow lamination, eyelash/eyebrow tint, and eyelash extension products and kits. Visit the Training page for course info and access instructions.

Do Lash Stuff kits include online training?

Qualifying professional kits may include access to online training for the associated service. Course availability and access instructions are listed on the applicable product page. Some courses also offer a certificate of completion after required coursework and proficiency requirements are completed.

Does Lash Stuff offer certification?

Selected training programs offer a certificate of completion. Depending on the course, students may need to complete the training and submit before-and-after photographs of two models demonstrating proficiency. A certificate of completion does not replace any professional license, permit, insurance, or training required by law.

Does Lash Stuff offer discounts for beauty schools?

Yes — qualifying accredited beauty schools may apply for an Educator Discount account.

Eyelash Extensions

What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are individual synthetic fibers attached to individual natural eyelashes using professional adhesive, to create a longer, fuller, darker, or more customized lash appearance. They are different from strip lashes, which attach to the skin along the lash line for short-term wear.

Can I apply eyelash extensions to myself?

No. Professional eyelash extensions should not be self-applied. The service requires sharp precision tweezers, professional adhesive, proper isolation, and work near the eye while the eyelids remain closed. Self-application can result in eye injury or damage to the natural lashes.

How long do eyelash extensions last?

Retention varies by client, application, adhesive, aftercare, lifestyle, and the natural lash-growth cycle. Many clients schedule a fill every 2–3 weeks.

Can I swim with eyelash extensions?

Yes, but follow the adhesive manufacturer's curing and aftercare instructions before exposing a new set to water, steam, or high humidity (at least 48 hours). After curing, gently cleanse the lashes after swimming to remove chlorine, salt, sunscreen, and other residue.

Can eyelash extensions be removed with coconut oil?

No. Professional eyelash extensions should be removed by a trained lash artist using a remover formulated for eyelash extension adhesive. Do not pull, pick, or force extensions off.

Lash Adhesive

Do eyelash extension adhesives contain formaldehyde?

Cyanoacrylate adhesives may release trace amounts of formaldehyde as part of the curing process, even when formaldehyde is not intentionally added as an ingredient. Proper ventilation, application technique, eye closure, placement, and professional training are essential.

What differentiates eyelash extension adhesives?

Adhesives differ in drying speed, recommended humidity and temperature, viscosity, flexibility, color, fume level, intended retention, and required skill level.

Lash Lift, Brow Lamination & Tint

Can mascara be worn after a lash lift?

Yes. Mascara may be worn after a lash lift and can make lifted natural lashes appear darker and more defined.

Can eyelash extensions be applied after a lash lift?

Extensions may be applied to previously lifted lashes, but timing and suitability should be evaluated by a trained professional. A strong or uneven lift can make isolation and attachment more difficult.

How long does brow lamination last?

Brow lamination commonly lasts approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the client's hair-growth cycle, texture, processing, and aftercare.

Can lash tint and lash lift be combined?

Many professional systems allow lash lifting and tinting during the same appointment, but service order, timing, and product compatibility vary. Follow the instructions for the specific products being used.

Waxing

What is the difference between hard wax and soft wax?

Hard wax is applied to the skin, allowed to set, and removed without a fabric or paper strip. Soft wax is applied in a thin layer and removed using a waxing strip.

Client Safety

What should I do if a client is pregnant, nursing, or has a medical condition?

Ask the client to consult their healthcare provider before receiving a chemical or professional beauty service. Conduct a thorough consultation and review medications, allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, skin conditions, eye conditions, and contraindications relevant to the service.
