You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, where required, hold the licenses, training, and certifications necessary to purchase and use the products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, promotions, and product descriptions may be updated at any time and are not guaranteed for a specific duration. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to cancel or limit orders (including for suspected fraud, resellers outside our wholesale program, or shipping restrictions). Payment must be made in full at checkout using an accepted payment method.

6. Wholesale & Educator Programs

Wholesale, educator, and closeout pricing are subject to their own eligibility rules and are non-transferable. Lash Stuff may adjust, suspend, or terminate program access at its discretion.

All content on lashstuff.com — including text, images, logos, video, course materials, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Lash Stuff LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
