Professional Use Only

Many Lash Stuff products are intended for use by trained beauty professionals, including licensed estheticians, cosmetologists, lash artists, and brow artists. Licensing and training requirements vary by state, province, country, and service type. Before purchasing or using a Lash Stuff product, you are responsible for determining whether you are legally permitted and properly trained to perform the applicable service. Improper application or misuse may cause irritation, injury, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects.

By purchasing or using Lash Stuff products, you accept responsibility for obtaining required training, licenses, and certifications; following all applicable regulations and product instructions; determining product suitability for each client; maintaining sanitation and client-safety practices; and for any services you perform using Lash Stuff products.

Training and Certification

A Lash Stuff training certificate does not replace any license, registration, formal education, supervised training, or other credential required by a government agency or licensing authority. Purchasers and users are responsible for understanding and complying with the requirements in their jurisdiction.

Patch Testing and Client Screening

A patch test must be performed before using any Lash Stuff product when required by product instructions, manufacturer recommendations, applicable law, or accepted professional practice. Professionals are responsible for reviewing client medical/service history, identifying allergies or contraindications, obtaining informed consent, and discontinuing service if an adverse reaction occurs. A successful patch test does not guarantee against a future reaction.

Product Storage & Instructions

Unless otherwise stated, Lash Stuff products should be stored at normal room temperature (approximately 45°F–90°F), protected from direct sunlight, kept away from heat/freezing/moisture, securely closed, and out of reach of children. Always follow the current instructions included with a product; formulations and procedures may occasionally be updated.

Compliance with Laws

Purchasers and users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, health codes, licensing requirements, and professional standards.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Orders are subject to Lash Stuff's current Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. Orders shipped to hotels or mail-forwarding services are sent at the customer's risk.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact Lash Stuff before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for contacting customer service or following the applicable return and delivery-claim procedures.

Electronic Communications

Visiting lashstuff.com, submitting a form, creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with Lash Stuff electronically constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive communications electronically, and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, course materials, downloads, website design, software, and other content appearing on lashstuff.com are owned by or licensed to Lash Stuff and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website Availability & Accuracy

Lash Stuff does not guarantee that all website content or products are appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction. International orders may also be governed by additional checkout-provider, customs, shipping, or merchant-of-record terms presented before the order is completed.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lash Stuff LLC and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful or improper use of the website or products, or failure to follow product instructions, warnings, patch-testing requirements, or professional standards. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations; in those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
