However you sign in — email code or SHOP — please use the same email address you've always used with us. That keeps your order history, wholesale or school pricing, subscriptions, and reward history all on one account. Signing in with a different email creates a brand-new account.
How signing in works
Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code. There's no password to remember — just type in the code to get into your account.
Code not arriving?
Hotmail, Outlook, and Live addresses sometimes filter the code into junk or delay it several minutes. Check your spam folder first, then request a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, email us at sales@lashstuff.com and we'll help you get in.
