Common Questions

Q: How long should clients wait to get lashes wet or apply mascara after a Lash Lift?

A: Clients should wait at least 30 minutes after application or after Step 3 (Conditioner) is applied. The longer you leave the conditioner on, the healthier your lashes will be long-term.

Q: How often should clients return for touch-ups?

A: Every 6–8 weeks, depending on their natural lash cycle, aftercare, and use of growth serums.

⚠️ Important Safety Note for Professionals

For Professionals Only. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT FOR BROW LAMINATION.

The eye area is highly sensitive. Lash lift solutions can cause a stinging or burning sensation if sensitivities are present. Always assess your client’s history during consultation and perform a patch test on new clients at least 24–48 hours before treatment. Note that a clear patch test does not guarantee a reaction won't occur during the full procedure. Open communication regarding potential risks is key.
