Instructions for use:
Step 1:
Using a micro-brush, start by applying an even layer of lifting Lotion across the middle of the lashes, and proceed by completing the same steps over the base section.
The product should not be applied to the tips, or come in contact with bulb of the lashes or the water line of the eye.
Fine to medium 10 to 12 min
Normal to strong Lashes 12 to 15 min
Do not remove with water. Remove with a flocked applicator
Step 2:
