Q: How long should clients wait to get lashes wet or apply mascara?
A: Wait 30 minutes after application or after Step 3: Conditioner is applied.

Q: Can tint be added?
A: Yes! Apply tint after removing rods and cleansing lashes, before Step 3.

Q: How often should clients return for touch-ups?
A: Every 6–8 weeks, depending on lash cycle and use of growth serums.

⚠️ Important Safety Note

The eye area is highly sensitive and may react more quickly to irritation or allergic responses than other parts of the face. Lash lift solutions can cause a stinging or burning sensation if sensitivities are present. During the consultation, assess your client’s history with sensitivities or allergies. Always perform a patch test on new clients at least 24 hours before the treatment—ideally 48 hours in advance. Please note that even if no reaction occurs during the patch test, it does not guarantee the client won't react during the full lash lift procedure. Open, honest communication is key to ensuring your client understands all potential risks associated with lash lifting.

Instructions for use: 

Step 1: Sodium Bromate Free Lifting Lotion

Once the eyelashes are secured to the Lift Rod, using a micro swab, start by applying an even layer of Lifting Lotion across the middle of the eyelashes.  Complete the same steps over the base section of the eyelashes.

IMPORTANT: Keep all creams away from the lash water line when applying. 

Warning: The product should only be applied from base to middle of the eyelashes. The Lifting Lotion should not be applied to the eyelash tips, or come in contact with bulb of the eyelashes or the water line of the eye. 

Process Time (See phototype chart on product page for exact timing):

Fine to medium eyelashes: 10 to 12 min

Normal to strong eyelashes: 12 to 15 min

Do not remove with water.  Remove with a dry flocked applicator 

Step 2: Sodium Bromate Free Fixing Lotion

Same steps as Step 1…With the eyelashes still secured to the Lift Rod, using a micro swab, start by applying an even layer of Fixing Lotion across the middle of the eyelashes.  Complete the same steps over the base section of the eyelashes.

Warning: The product should only be applied from base to middle of the eyelashes. The Fixing Lotion should not be applied to the eyelash tips, or come in contact with bulb of the eyelashes or the water line of the eye.

Offering Lash Tint along with Lash Lift?  Follow these steps:

Lift Step 1: Lifting Lotion 

Lift Step 2: Fixing Lotion 

Remove Rods, Cleanse lashes, Replace eye-pads with eyelash shield

Tint lashes - Follow instructions for this separate service

Remove tint and cleanse lashes

Lift Step 3 - Coat lashes using Conditioner with Keratin

*6 to 8 week Lash Lift Curl is dependent on the client's natural lash cycle, eyelash after care, and lash health.  Not all clients will have a Lash Lift curl that lasts 8 weeks.
